Official Version 2.0 Firmware Update

1) Added Advance Calibration Functions.
The most important addition to our Eagle Eye Version 2.0 released in November of 2010 is the Advance Calibration function. The purpose of Advance Calibration functions to provide a customized mouse movement speed and smoothness for your mouse and for the game you are playing. This is recommended for more advance users.

I. The advance calibration function could be explained in three parts:
DeadZone Neutralization, Sensitivity Adjustments, and Advance Calibration Synchronization.

Dead Zone Neutralization

The purpose of Deadzone Neutralization is to improve the smoothness of your mouse’s movement, and it is most apparent during micro-movement such as when you are zoomed in. Deadzone is something that is built in each game to a certain degree, but will cause a number of issues of your mouse movement, such as jagged edges, jumpy mouse movements. The purpose here is to eliminate deadzone and improve the smoothness of your mouse movement.

II. Sensitivity Adjustments
The purpose of sensitivity adjustment is to manage the overall speed of your mouse movement.
III. Advance Calibration Synchronization
The purpose of Advance Calibration Synchronization is to download and backup the new advance X/Y sensitivity/deadzone setting you just customized for a particular game to your PC. You can share this setting with your friends or with the gaming community. Please note the game play experience for the same X/Y sensitivity/deadzone setting will vary depending on the game you are playing, the mouse/keyboard you are using, and the Eagle Eye Converter firmware you are currently on.

2) New Eagle Edit 2.0

The new Eagle Edit 2.0 was created to be used in conjunction with the added Advance Calibration function from firmware 2.0. Please note that all firmware 2.0 updated Eagle Eye Converter must be used with the new Eagle Edit 2.0 Software.
1. Allow you to synchronize in-game advance calibration. Click File> Synchronization to load your saved calibration.
1. Pressing Send to Device will prompt you to choose between Key Map 1 or Key Map 2 memory slot. Previously, the selection was done before you press Send to Device.
2. New deadzone and sensitivity adjustments could be done in Eagle Edit 2.0 software.
3. Can now map up to 9 mouse buttons.
4. F1-F6 is now reserved for in-game Advance Calibration and could no longer be used to map to PS3 buttons.
3) Improved Compatibility with Razer Mouse – We have updated the Eagle Eye to be compatible with one type of mouse data structure from Razer. Due to the lack of availability the entire line of Razer series, this still a work in progress.

Fixes from version 2.0 beta 10/25 release
For those of you who tried our firmware 2.0 beta released on 10/25, the following are updates done subsequent to that beta release.

1.Fix tilt not mappable in Eagle-eidt. You need to use ctrl+right arrow / left arrow to assign them now.
2.Fix side button reverse
3.Fix save as problem under XP
4.Fix a bug that mouse wheel will auto trigger on a key stroke.

Work in Progress

1) Mouse Hiccup for some mouse
2) Auto Melee or Start Button
3) Firmware update in X64 environment
4) A Firmware updater program
5) Additional mouse compatibility
